Heated Pool:
The main pool is heated from November to April, perfect for a cozy swim during winter.
09:00 - 18:00.
For your safety and enjoyment, follow our recommendations and safety regulations.
- Comply with the instructions of the lifeguard and/or pool staff on duty.
- Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult when they bathe in non-children's vessels.
- Take a shower before bathing.
- Refresh yourself regularly.
- It is not allowed to walk wet or barefoot inside the hotel.
- Always wear bathroom slippers in restrooms and changing rooms.
- Diving headfirst into the pools is prohibited as they are shallow.
- Avoid running barefoot.
- The use of glasses and/or glass containers in the water is prohibited.
- The entrance of pets to the pool area is prohibited, except for dogs trained for people with reduced visibility or the blind.
- Smoking is not allowed in pool areas.
- Pool floats are not allowed.
- Sunbeds cannot be reserved.
- Towels or belongings left on unoccupied sunbeds for 30 minutes or more may be removed.
- Use sunscreen of at least FP30.
- Cover your head to prevent sunstroke from overexposure.
- Hydrate regularly.
- AS ESTABLISHED IN DEC 212/2005 OF THE CANARY ISLANDS: Pools for collective use will have at least one lifeguard present during operating hours.
- The use of the facilities after hours will be under your strict personal responsibility or that of the adult responsible for the minor.
